About the job
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in digital marketing and Google Ads, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in technology to support the development of marketing activities for Expertware and our cybersecurity solution, SIEMBIOT.
The role is primarily focused on digital campaigns and SEO, while also contributing to the day-to-day activities of our internal Marketing team - from activations and events to the operational support required to successfully deliver marketing projects in collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, analyze their performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, conversions, and digital channel performance.
- Update the Expertware and SIEMBIOT websites and collaborate with DEV/UX teams on technical SEO implementations, website updates, and improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis, implement optimizations, and identify opportunities for content development and organic growth.
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Implement targeted digital and email marketing campaigns based on the strategies and materials developed within the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with colleagues responsible for Content & Social Media and Business Development to optimize existing content and support visibility objectives.
- Contribute to writing, adapting, and optimizing relevant content in both Romanian and English, including website articles, newsletters, and sales materials.
- Prepare reports and maintain clear overviews of assigned projects and tasks.
- Maintain and update partner databases.
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s priority initiatives and projects, taking direct ownership of assigned activities and projects.
General Marketing Activities
- Support the implementation of the annual marketing calendar and contribute to the effective organization of the department’s activities.
- Take an active role in organizing and participating in in-person company events, from local promotional initiatives to internal events dedicated to our team.
- Provide logistical and operational support for marketing activities, including managing internal orders, organizing and archiving documentation, and maintaining the inventory of marketing materials.
- Contribute to maintaining clear, consistent, and positive internal communication within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing, ideally in a B2B or IT environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Experience with GA4, tracking, analytics, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow them through to completion.
- Interest in technology and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Semrush/Ahrefs, email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, as well as previous experience in a B2B or IT environment, would be considered an advantage.
