We are hiring a Modern Device Management (MDM) Specialist responsible for configuring, administering, and securing mobile devices and workstations using modern MDM solutions. If you have expertise in automation, IT security, and infrastructure, we invite you to contribute to the technological performance of our Suceava-based operations.

Responsibilities
- Configure and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Manage Engine);
- Design and implement security policies for devices;
- Integrate MDM tools with key platforms (Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access);
- Manage both BYOD and corporate devices, ensuring compliance and data protection;
- Automate device enrollment and provisioning processes;
- Test configurations and policies on Windows, iOS, and Android platforms;
- Monitor device health and performance, applying corrective measures as needed;
- Generate reports on compliance, incidents, and device usage;
- Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams;
- Provide technical support and document device management processes.
Qualifications - General
- Experience with MDM tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Manage Engine);
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking;
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS, Android, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell);
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
