We are looking for a Project Manager who can turn business objectives into successfully delivered projects, connect the right people at the right time, and keep things moving even when priorities shift.

What you will do
- Support for European-funded projects: ensuring compliance with specific requirements and procedures.
- Work directly with clients from Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK to understand needs and align expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, management, and project stakeholders.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and propose solutions to keep delivery on track.
- Monitor project performance indicators and communicate clear, transparent status updates to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving project management processes and ways of working.
- Be involved in European research and innovation projects in areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in IT project management.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in risk management and decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Proactive attitude and strong client orientation.
- Basic understanding of technical IT concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Experience in European-funded projects is a plus.
