About the job
We are looking for a Project Manager who can efficiently coordinate the company’s IT projects and ensure smooth collaboration between teams and clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain high quality standards throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end coordination of IT projects: planning, defining objectives, establishing milestones, and monitoring implementation.
- Client relationship management: understanding requirements, clarifying expectations, and providing tailored solutions.
- Progress monitoring: tracking project status, identifying risks, and implementing corrective measures.
- Effective internal communication: facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Reporting and documentation: preparing periodic reports and the necessary project documentation.
- Budget management: monitoring costs and ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
- Support for European-funded projects: ensuring compliance with specific requirements and procedures.
Qualifications - General
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT field, with clear results in coordinating and delivering projects.
- Excellent communication skills, suitable for interaction with both clients and internal teams.
- Analytical thinking and reporting abilities, essential for decision-making.
- Negotiation and influencing skills, oriented toward feasible, result-driven solutions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Client-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Technical understanding of IT systems to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in European-funded projects – an advantage, but not mandatory.
